Can we give them those points you need also for arcade and quickplay, because I am frankly sick&tired of getting people in my team, who have absolutely no idea what they’re doing/intent to win a game in comp like 0. They don’t know what highground is, 1v5 feed staggering like complete "insert insult"s, spam “need healing” while they take every ability in the game possible in the face, cause they also don’t know what wall/corner hovering is and my favorite running past by flanker/s killing the supports and THEN spam “need healing”.

No. People need to stop trying to gatekeep based on wishy washy perceived ideas of skill.
Remember, they have similar MMR to you… if you are getting these players in all of your games, maybe they aren’t the problem you need to be focusing on.
The latest update regarding matchmaking (from the devs) details that they are looking to improve the MM by ensuring that the Supports, and DPS are correctly aligned.
As you’re likely seeing here (i have also observed this), lower ranked players (and usually their skill/damage/support level shows this) are getting into comps which causes an inbalance, as they’re either just bad at aiming, or have no idea regarding positioning for instance.
Give the devs a few months as they said, and we should see the benefits of this.
Its just unfortunate that it’s took them this long to realise it does in fact need an improvement.

Yeah and I hope next time they’re “Balancing” heroes, they don’t undergut someone like Sombra to a worse version than OW1 with less than 1% pickrate in every SR and buff (instead of nerfing demanded by almost every gm/t500 streamer I watched) Sojourn by removing her slow from her E, a little bit of range from her 1shot, but buffed her auto making her an even better Mercy E-Girl boost taxi.

Open competitive game, thanks Blizz for putting a player ranked both Gold tank and Plat DPS with an open profile in against bronze players.
Our team had at least 1 player who was new to the game, phara with 8 kills on Rialto.
Awaiting response from usual suspects that everything is fine ! and we were all MMR ranked equal !
