Hello everyone, since few days i noticed that rarely i get this issue (video here - YouTube) and I was worried if is a random glitch or a gpu problem and there is maybe a fix? Thanks a lot!
PC specs: CPU: i5 7550 3.4 GHz
GPU: Asus GeForce ROG STRIX-GTX1070 8GB
RAM: Hyper X Fury 8gb x2 DDR4

If Overwatch is the only game that suffers from this glitch, then damage to your GPU is less likely than an issue with drivers or game files.
Remove your current drivers with DDU and install their latest version from manufacturer’s website.
In addition to this, please run Scan&Repair tool for Overwatch to check files integrity.
Overlays might also play a part - check your background applications and disable them for testing purposes.
