Random disconnects from server since season 14 update

From the start of season 14 I experience random disconnects from server, which i believe is not caused by my internet or/and ISP.
Because i tried:
using other pc which worked fine
flushin dns
renewing and releasing ip
power cycling my router and modem
reinstalling the game and battle.net
using ethernet connection
and doing everything in blizzard articles and forums

And it happened instantly after downloading new patch ive never had this issue and no one knows why is this happening.

i am having the same exact issue and nothing i do is fixing it i cant play the game anymore
