The title pretty much says it all, the best I can come up is package loss, or something on the server side.
The worst thing i have seen is me dashing with genji, seeing myself dash, then suddenly I am where i first was and my dash is off cooldown.
Yes I have run all the diagnostics, including everything you have listed on your troubleshooting FAQ. All my drivers were up to date, and even after I installed new ones the problem resides.
When I use looking glass, this is the result.
Only thing noteworthy I can see is a 25% packageloss.
I also noticed ALOT of other posts regarding this issue, also after the Ashe patch hit, so I am honestly starting to doubt its at my end.
