There is a bug going on with my rank. Heres a full explanation of what happened: I started out by playing on my playstation, and after a bit of playing i reached gold 1 on both dps and tank. After that however, i switched to playing on pc on the same account, using the cross progression system. I won 7 ranked matches as tank only losing 1 game, and got demoted to silver 5?? The reason i know this is a bug and not me being bad is because after this happened, my dps rank also reset to unranked like i never played a game of dps this season. One thing i also noticed is that whenever i played on ps4, it didnt count towards my career profile’s total playtime in this ranked season for whatever reason. Its like the matches on ps4 never happened. Why did this happen? Will this get fixed?
