I just got kicked out of a ranked match for inactivity even though I was moving around and firing, tried to rejoin and it kicked my out again instantly and banned me?!
Were you moving about and firing in spawn?
I was not, I was outside in the big open world
Sometimes if you’re not attacking someone it won’t cancel the timer. So could be that.
OK but I was moving and throwing my purple balls and healing team mates?
Without seeing the game it is hard to tell.
The times I’ve seen it happen are because someone wasn’t shooting anything.
The inactivity threshold generally speaking can only be met if no contribution to the match is being made (e.g., shooting at walls to make smiley-faces is fun, but not helping the team all that much). Healing teammates who are engaged in battle definitely does count as contribution though.
