Yesterday I found a match in that there were 4 main dps, 4 main supports and 4 main tanks (perfect?)
The only problem was that matchmaking put in same team the 4 supports in one team and the 4 dps in the other one

The matchmaking doesn’t care what you main, all that matters is MMR.
