Razer Seiren Pro Not Working In Game

Hey there I am a streamer and a huge lover of Overwatch. I recently purchased a Razer Seiren Microphone to use while streaming and play games and for the first few weeks it worked great for in game chat in Overwatch. Up until this week where I cannot use my Razer Mic for in game chat anymore. I have gone into the Blizzard settings and when I test my Mic there it works great but in game it won’t register. I have seen a lot of commons issues online and I have tried every single piece of troubleshooting advice and it still isn’t working. I am usually forced to plug in my headset and use the crappy mic on that which works fine in game. Any advice?

Hey,
Make sure Exclusive Mode is disabled:

  • Right-click the speaker icon in the system tray and select Recording Devices.
  • Select your device and click Properties.
  • Select the Advanced Tab.
  • Uncheck any boxes in the Exclusive Mode section.

Just tried and still not working :frowning:. It did work for weeks and then all of the sudden it stopped.
