Razer Synapse 2 + OW = no OW

I had an issue that I couldn’t start OW. Got a black screen for a sec and then it just didn’t start. Looked everywhere for an answer to why and could not find it. Reinstall didn’t help, clearing my computer of everything blizzard and start over didn’t help. Using Administrator Rights didn’t help.

The issue turned out to be Razer Synapse 2.0. Fortunately my hardware is now supported in Synapse 3 and upgrading to that solved the issue fully.

If someone else have the same issue (and I found many that had), this might help you out.

In general we always recommend keeping all software updated, specially “gaming” software that could interfere with games.
