Not true. I am D.Va main and this is literally not true. Most of the heroes can escape it easily. Moira can just shift. Moreover, D.Va ult is super slow so they have time to hide.
Yeah… Just as you have time to coordinate a response to Reaper as he moves about. As he is pretty slow moving about and this 2 movement abilities are pretty easy to spot.

Please do not compare two ults that are literally on a very different level. Reaper can kill whole team, D.va mainly clears the path for the objectives.

These things all stop it immediately… if you (and I will keep saying this), use COORDINATION and COMMUNICATION.
All those heroes require higher skill level to do that. This is what we are talking about.

You need to improve, not have something nerfed to your current level.
It is almost as if they want players to get better at the game.
Christ. Massive difference between the two. Not every team has those heroes, not everyone has CDs constantly ready, you think Ana n such are gonna wait to use sleep until Reaper gets his ult and uses it. -.-. There are other heroes in the team to kill, not just Reaper so not every hero is gonna use their CDs only on Reaper.
If you know the Reaper has ult (learning basic ult tracking is really useful skill)… And you are playing Ana then yeah, you should 100% be holding sleep.
A good Reaper, with a team that is communicating will be waiting for the call outs that certain cool downs have been used. Then he can pounce with less risk.
Cool down management is one of the most important skills to improve if you want to get better.
Sometimes having an ability ready to go, and not using it is just as effective.
Watch players panic and play weirdly when they know a Sombra has EMP for example. Good Zens and Lucios will hide out of the way with their ults waiting for the EMP… The team can take advantage of this and attack without the EMP. for example.

Like I told the other guy, Reaper has been around since beta, no developer, no streamer, no one that is proven to have a deeper understanding of the game agrees with you. Pickrates and Winrates also dont support your point, you have nothing but insults, surface takes and weird comparisons with an MMO.
