Red triangle symbol in chat

Getting a red triangle with exclamation mark inside it, after inviting someone to group up. This happened after a game, and tried to invite the illari to a group, with myself and 1 other.

Could someone please explain as confused as not the usual packets missing or connection issue symbols.

If your endorsment level is 0, it might mean that you can’t use chat.
Other than that i have no clue, never seen one.
