People shouldn’t be instantly banned without giving them a chance to reconnect if they disconnected before the game even started. I’m tired of this. Absolutely undeserved ~12 bans already. My game crashes before we are even able to move, on the stage of picking heroes, it doesn’t spoil any games if I just reconnect and continue playing with them in 15 seconds, it really doesn’t take any longer.
I lost 600 SR during last month with a new PC. There’s nothing wrong with exactly my GPU, some other people with RTX card experience the same issue. Winrate on heroes I play the most is from 55 to 70%, but I stay on the same rating because of this bull****. I am so pissed off. Spent 1500$ for a PC so it can’t run freaking Overwatch. I even lowered my graphics to High and capped FPS to 144, so GPU isn’t even close for being overloaded. Seeing “your rendering device has been lost.” because devs did something wrong while making drivers feels very bad.
Thing is game crashes 90% of the time in the beginning, not in the middle of a game, not in a fight, but in the beginning. This makes it only worse.
I’m not even asking to fix this issue with GPU compatibility, clearly, devs just don’t care, but spending 5 mins to remove the dumbest thing in this game is what you need to do.
What i love is, if you rejoin in under 10sec.
It’s still going to cancel.
But I actually wouldn’t dare to que comp while knowing that the rtx are making issues.
I mean Srsly, at some point (losing 100sr bc of this) you just stop.
I saw an update for amd devices, so maybe rtx is the next to get fixed.
