Been getting this a few times today, and seems not even restarting the game helps.
Is it server related?
Edit: After removing priority for exclusive mode apps for mic and speakers it hasn’t happened again, although I’ve only played a few matches since.

Before playing today I also switched DNS servers to Google Public DNS. Not a hitch. So either the disabling of exclusive mode priority or DNS seems to have fixed the issue.
Tbh, the DNS seems unlikely to be the problem, as the ones I used before has been rock solid, but I figured you’d want to know all the steps taken.
If you could provide a description of 10007 it’d help 
It looks a lot like a winsock hresult, but doesn’t seem to be.
