Crashes - Unknown error! Some variations of this crash can be resolved by changing some sound settings in the Settings_v0.ini file in this folder: C:\Users\myName\Documents\Overwatch\Settings Make a backup of the Settings_v0.ini file first. Start up Overwatch, and click on Options, then Sound. Change the Master Volume to 42. Exit completely out of Overwatch. Open the Settings_v0.ini file with Notepad or Wordpad.
