So I have played Overwatch for around 9 months now, and ive had this problem since the start. I have checked and my computer cant run it optimally, but it all it needs to at least allow me to play, which has been really hard. I use AMD radeon, and when I first updated them the problem dissapeared for a good two weeks or a bit longer (game played better as well) but now the problem has come back, hard. I tried updating it again, but it hasnt worked at all and I simply dont know what I can do anymore. I feel really helpes as I love the game but struggle to be able to play.
Some people have this problem when they have a weak PSU that can’t always supply enough power to their GPU.
So what do I have to do to fix that?
Trying a different better/stronger PSU? If your PSU has multiple rails then trying a different one with your GPU.

This error is a bit complicated because it can be caused by several different reasons, some of them related to hardware; defective components, power suply failing or not enough, etc.
We have a post dedicated to this error with several possible fixes. I would recommend taking a look and following the steps:
If that doesn’t help, I would recommend taking your computer to a local technician if possible, so they can physically check it and make sure everything is working properly.
