I really hope blizzard can improve on this. they are even more greedy then EA now maybe even worse. i remeber when in WOW you talked to a game master when you had a problem and it was good. I wonder if anyone ever said this system is terriable lets have a bot to do it when x nr. of reports is reported who cares if it is true or not if we are lucky they buy a new account. now it is just OK to say ´´ i hope you die from cancer´´ or just ´´go kill youself´´ because why look in to a case with 1 maybe 5 reports if you are lucky?
this is why it has to be imporoved. here is the qustions i have.
why is reports not linked to a game?
why are the game not over looked by GMs so the right action can be taken?
why do they not ban players for reporting players for no acceptable reason like did not join voice chat or played a hero i did not like?
every single report has to be overlooked and they have to take action, take action agaisnt the player that was reported or against the player that send the report. only 1 can be right. why give 2nd chances when they allready have increasing peneltys? yes it will take a long time haveing GMs over look all reports but i bet after a short time players will not report rater 1 to many then 1 to few… and if they are lucky they will also buy new accounts
