Stumbled upon a deranking 4stack. They were throwing the game, wanting to get bronze. I really want them banned asap. Is there a way to report them through tech support or something ? (i have a batlletag of one of them and chat logs)
those derankers are smurf accounts, blizzard wont ban them because it likes its smurfs

I’ve gotten lots of messages that action was taken. Sure, Blizzard wants to make money, but Blizzard also doesn’t want to lose their playerbase.

You will get messages saying action was taken. But it would be nice if action was actually taken.
Would be nice if Blizzard did weekly stats saying how many people were actioned and categorise them. And increase the severity of the punishments.
Such as, 7 day silence for racism is pathetic. That should be immediate account close.

if you have ever been falsely banned because you got on the wrong side of 5 stacks you will understand why your suggestion is dangerous…

If you get punished for abusive chat, they will have checked the chat and acted accordingly (I know this, appealed and they gave me the transcript).
Easy solution. You type specific trigger words, your message appears on your screen as normal… But no one else’s.

Using your woe-is-me tale as a reason to not punish people is weak. But ok. All in game action is checked, and never over turned, even if they are wrong. But it is always checked.
