I am not playing competitive much, I am on qp all time as mercy main so I will talk aboit it. When I try to play a dps character it is not going well usually and naturally. Some people are reporting for bad permonce or feeding in qp. If I could play well, this time they are reporting for aim hack. Btw I am 800+ level, so I am not a new player. what kind of assesment are being done for this type of reports and how is endorsement level affected by that?
If you “could” play well? You have to go way over the line to get banned for being “bad”.
To that point where your teammates think that you intentionally lose the game by not doing anything (AFK) or intentionally helping the enemy.
If that is the case your ban is well deserved.

if he/she is using hack, of course it is reason of ban, You should report it. I am talking about normal gameplay. if I don’t have a permision to feed even in quick play games with none of heroes (which is imposible) , how can I fun? I don’t understand this! I don’t even know that people know the quick play means.
you’re deducted endorsements for every report. It doesn’t matter. Reports are entirely automated (if you don’t collect enough to be banned, you won’t be banned), and endorsement level does absolutely nothing.
you should instead use the report system to get widow, hanzo and doomfist mains banned. use it to contribute to the game’s health instead of pretending it does what it’s supposed to.
You don’t need to worry about the reports. However, if your account ends up getting banned, suspended or silenced, you can appeal the decision here. Game Masters can check whether the penalty was applied correctly, and lift it if appropriate.

That is 100% aimbot and what a sh_tty POTG… Fortunately this isn’t frequent in my matches.
It takes a certain amount of playtime for him to collect enough reports. It might take a few days or weeks if his daily playtime isn’t a lot. Since I play a lot I report toxic players on a daily basis and I get feedback frequently, but not immediately. Sometimes several feedbacks at the same time when I start OW.

You’re clearly out of touch with reality. They don’t check whether it was applied correctly, they simply tell you that they won’t do anything about it. Quite often they lie too.
I had a game where I was griefed and players from my own team who were AFK in spawn begged the enemy team to report me, and they did and I was silenced during the match when I hadn’t done anything wrong. I made a ticket and they lied and said they had found “evidence” of something wrong I had done, which never happened.
I’ve been reported falsely 100s of times and my acc was recently perm banned. For some reason they expect angelic behaviour from the players they piss off by never ever unbanning them even though the reports were fake.
Blizz GMs have pretty much told me that it doesn’t matter how many times you were falsely reported; if a single one of them wasn’t a false report, that’s enough for them to uphold a ban even if the player never received a fair warning (fake reports resulting in warnings obviously can’t count since you never did anything wrong in the first place…)
By the way it’s not actually possible to appeal bans…
Our support staff will not overturn these closures and may not respond to appeals.
This is what they told me in the email following the ban. They don’t unban players even if it’s a false ban.
Blizz doesn’t care about their games or they players, they only care about $$$

This is not true. When receiving an appeal, Game Masters will have a look at the action taken on your account and the reason for it. There are in fact cases where penalties can be lifted.

They double punished me even though they claim to only look at NEW reports (in the case of a warning or unban)
