Dear Blizzard Support Team,
I am writing to formally request a feature that would greatly improve the gaming experience for many players in our region: the ability to manually select preferred server regions (such as Europe, Americas, or Saudi Arabia/Middle East).
Currently, the system automatically routes players to the local Saudi Arabian server. Unfortunately, this server frequently suffers from severe connection stability issues, high latency spikes, and mid-match disconnections. Due to these server-side drops, I have repeatedly received automated disconnect penalties and match bans, which is extremely frustrating as these issues are entirely out of my control.
Additionally, the competitive integrity on the local server is often compromised by players who do not take matches seriously, disrupting the overall gameplay experience.
Having the option to manually select our preferred server—even if it means playing with slightly higher ping on European or American servers—would allow us to enjoy a stable, fair, and smooth gaming environment.
I hope you take this feedback into consideration and implement a manual server selection option in upcoming updates.
