I am just not sure what to do to clear the “restart required to apply settings” message in the video settings. I have restarted the game and system and have tried troubleshooting the issue. I am unsure of which settings are not being applied or if there even is any. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hi. Try deleting the Settings_v0.ini file. (C:\Users\User\Documents\Overwatch\Settings) It’s responsible for your overwatch settings. Just save the old one just in case. When you log in, your settings should be updated for your video card, etc.
I’ve also been having this issue, and deleting the settings file didn’t do anything. I’ve also tried the “scan and repair” option in Bnet
I have had the same problem for the last week or 2 on 2 different gaming computers.
