So lately torb has been reworked, and mei had small buffs, I tried just learning how to counter them and tried playing them too, but i really think they are extremely overpowered, and thats NOT the way to make more players play these characters, making them stronger (they even too strong even before the reworks) wont help, it will make players hate these characters, because you get more from them in comparison to other heroes, so you need less skill to be good at them, I think giving torb his ult as an ability just a bit weaker, then giving him another ult, then making it so the turrets is just thrown out at level two is extremely op, just saying, the turret is never level 1 and you almost never have the option to destroy it as its building itself.
about mei, her gun is already extremely strong, you has NO chance of running away from her freeze, which could be okay, but only if it took longer to freeze someone, imagine your a genji, you have 80% aim and you never stop moving but you just used your dash, then a mai walks to you with her gun and starts freezing you, you climb the walls around you, jump and whatnot, and shes just walking after you, now there are only three options usually:
1- mei freezes you and shoots you= you die
2- you got mei really low on hp and now shes using one of abilities to go save herself and she might just go back to option 1
3- you are extremely lucky and mei has no abilities and you kill her
shes should get nerfed quickly, lets say her self freeze thing will heal less, and the gun takes more time to freeze, then shes gonna be balanced
so my point it the reworks should focus on making the characters more fun to play, not stronger, and Im saying that because I know I would play a character which is hard to play if I like to play her, but I wont play a character which is easy to play and overpowerd (aka i was a mei main once and stopped because shes not a challenging character and it took me no effort to win games with her and get potgs, it just has no value because you didn’t work for it…)
