RTX Card Crash pls help

DDU’d drivers fresh install of windows, tried reinstalling temps don’t go above 50c. It didn’t do this before my windows reset idk what it could be but its Error code; E63968AF-3B06-4427-8BE0-2F3286CB37B8

Additionally i tried to submit a ticket like 5 times and all it did is delete the info i had and redirect me to the same page I was on.

please help i have a penalty because of this.

Idk if this really helps but specs listed;

Motherboard: ASUS LGA 1151 PRIME Z270-A
Rad/Pump: NZXT Kraken X62 (280mm)
CPU: Intel Core i7-7700K @5Ghz
RAM: Corsair 16GB DDR4 @ 3000 MHz
GPU: EVGA GeForce RTX 2080 XC

Peripherals

Monitors: [2X] ASUS ROG PG258 @ 244 hz
Keyboard: Logitech G Pro X
Mouse: Logitech G502 Hero
Headset: Logitech G935 Wireless

This says to me it could be a driver issue. Have you reinstalled all the original official drivers for your motherboard (rather than what windows thinks they should be?)

Are you using the latest Nvidia driver for your graphics card?

It was my psu, it uh let’s say failed badly later on, i have since replaced it. Just remembered I posted this and came back to clarify for others.

600w psu with a i7700k @5ghz and a 2080 just isn’t stable for over a year (thought my psu was 750 but wasn’t lmao)
