Can you pls make them an own server.
They dont communicate in english, they are toxic, so many bots.

Yeah, they do need their own server.
Another idea (not mine, has been done by other games).
Drop Toxic Players in their own matches playing against each other 
And while you re at it … do this for Cheaters too … would be quite fun to watch tbh …

Playing overwatch in russia is illegal, as the goverment has banned the game from the country.
If what you’re talking about is just people using the cyrillic alphabet, they’re not necessarily russian.
Other nations that use cyrillics include Ukraine, Bulgaria, Macedonia and Serbia.
