Screen tearing issus only in Overwatch

Hello,

After a long time without playing I reinstalled the game and noticed a big screen tearing.

I have a 100hz Gsync screen and my settings are configured as follows:

Vsync Off in the nvidia panel
FPS CAP at 95FPS with RTSS

In other games no problem and these settings also allow me to eliminate a flicker on the top of the screen that is apparently a concern of this model (PG348Q)

My graphics card is a 2080ti, CPU 8086K

An idea of ​​how to fix that? It seems that by activating the vsync only for overwatch in the nvidia panel it works but I would prefer to do without.

With FPS capped under the refresh rate, that issue should not occur ?

When it comes to screen tearing in our games the only solution is really to activate the Vertical Sync as you mentioned.
Unfortunately there is no other option than to activate it on the Nvidia Control Panel as you have done so previously.
