I played 5 games of competitive at the start of season 4 with no internet issues. I got 1 disconnect and now I am banned for the rest of the season. I got season banned last season because of internet and server issues (electricity cuts in South Africa). I showed that I do not leave games just because. The ban system is way too harsh. I love playing ranked and now this happens. If this is not the correct place to appeal to Blizzard, please can someone direct me.
Go to support, find ow2 from the game list and then there’s a blue button of “contact support”.
from there you can open the “account” menu and “appeal account action”.
I just don’t think it’ll help.
Penalties don’t reset between seasons anymore, so if you got season banned last season it means that you’re on that edge where it’ll happen again at the first offence.
You’re not the only one who this has happened to.
The competitive game crashed and I got the entire season ban.
