Seeing aim cheats in a lot of games

Ever since I started playing a few months ago, pretty much every other game has a very obvious aim cheater in it. Some times there are groups of them.
Ive just logged off sick of it, maybe am just really bad at the game, I dunno, but here is the last game before I logged, to me the enemy mauga tank is using an aim cheat, you be the judge, if he is then I see this sort of thing 5 out of 10 games a day, its getting tiring. If not then I’m just not good enough for this game.
I dont say anything to anyone or bother reporting it because I see so many that if they are, then the game company must not do anything about it anyway. KZ39H0

Then to a point, you’re part of the problem.

You’re an accessory. By helping them get away with it.

Always report them if you’re suspicious.

I have reported this one but you seem to be on your high horse with your comment and seem to miss the point which is: If I’m seeing cheats in use almost every other game then the report system does not work does it?

Good good.

Whether they are actually cheating or not is irrelevant. If you think they are. Report. If nothing happens, they weren’t cheating.

How can the report system work, if you don’t report them.

Do not gaslight yourself, trust your gut feeling and rationale. You are absolutely seeing cheaters, the game is filled to the brim in all game modes. Personally, I encounter far more games with cheaters than games where both teams are playing legit.

The company is not doing anything about it, only symbolic PR stunts called annual ban-waves that allegedly ban like 0.1% of total cheaters. Devs are too afraid to ban all cheaters, as that would mean nuking at least 1/3rd of the player base. Cheating is fully accepted in this game and its forums.

Cheaters are good boys, they enjoy the game, do not complain about it, they pump alts like there is no tomorrow and spend decent sums of money in-game because they know they will not get banned.

Cheaterwatch 2.

You are partially responsible, you keep promoting the game on your YouTube channel, you keep buying skins. You keep talking about the game.

You even account share, which is cheating.

That’s the spirit, victim shaming is always the best policy.

People don’t report or call out hackers because you’re more likely to be banned for calling them out than they are after you call them out.

Blizzards policy around reports sees to this being the case.

Why you calling them out… If you do that, you get what you deserve.

Just report them. If you don’t, you’re part of the problem too.

That’s all they’ve asked. Use the reports. Don’t be toxic, just report. They’ll be dealt with.

Well, if you don’t type “Mcree cheating” or something, nobody realises it. You have to state it so more than 1 reports or it just gets ignored, which has proven true seeing as they never ever get banned.

“You get what you deserve”, by the way, you get what you deserve? You DESERVE to be BANNED for typing that somebody is cheating? That’s such a pathetic view.

Better yet, what’s the options here?
You’re stuck in a game where yuou get steamrolled by a cheater.
You get banned if you leave game
You get banned for poor stats for getting steamrolled
You get banned for speaking that somebody is hacking

You see an issue here? There is no recourse.

There is nothing “toxic” about it. That notion is almost as pathetic as you.

The report system records matches reported in, not total reports. So one or 20 reports in a match doesn’t matter. as long as there’s 1.

It’s not my “view”. Yet, that’s exactly what happens. So just don’t do it, and you’ll be fine. Personally I’d have everyone who’s cheating publicly named and shamed and details passed on to the police (you can have them under copyright laws).

But, till that happens. Calling them out is a waste of time, plus most accusations are false.

Being toxic to claim someone is being toxic is an interesting tactic.
