When Kikiro’s clones were nerfed, through an emergency patch no less, everyone said that it was because they disrupted the game and there was no counter play.
Today we have similar situations with other heroes and I’m not seeing any patches.
Kiriko has become one of, if not the weakest support on stadium with almost only one viable build.
My question is, how is balance decided?
