Server disconnect, lost a whole endorsement level

So I joined a game of Junkenstein. Just when the game started there was an “unknown server error” and game disconnected. I lost a whole endorsement level from level 4 to level 3… That’s several weeks of effort gone in one server error.

At the moment we have no knowledge of any server issues with Overwatch. Keep in mind that the error you got can also be a connection issue, as in the game failing to connecto to the server.

Unfortunately it’s not possible to modify endorsement level under any circumstances.

It’s quite typical of your support organization to always blame the client. I use ubiquiti and cisco enterprise grade hardware at home, with redundant dedicated open fiber. I log all traffic, and I log all packet quality, I manage my own peering and routing. I had 0% lost packets. The disconnect was a server error.
