Servers near balkan?!

why there are no server near balkan country`s instead we need to connect to Paris and Amsterdam servers?

Generally the servers setup for a region depends on the population of the player base in the region.
If the player base is large enough to justify having it’s own servers, they normally go with it.
But that’s up to the folks at Blizzard to figure out. :slight_smile:
What ping do you get when connecting to the EU servers ?

well when im conected on paris server i get 90 ms on amsterdam 120

And you use VPN to specifically connect to the different regions I assume ?

Have you tried connecting to Germany ? It could lower your ping further, as it’s closer to Balkans.

nop im not useing VPN

Then how are you picking the specific region like Paris, Amsterdam to connect to ?
BattleNet client only lets you pick Europe, and not different cities within the EU.

You get the IP address and then Geo Trace it to the region ?
You can use VPN and specifically get on to a specific region’s servers.
I know they have servers in Germany, so if you just use a VPN client and connect to Germany, you’ll land on the German servers.

But technically the game already has the logic to pick the server with the lowest ping so you don’t need to manually use third party tools to achieve it.
