Servers working horrible on evening

Hello guys,

At first sorry for sarcastic lang here but i seen multiple posts with same requests and kinda annoyed myself with that issues as well.

I understand so you are a busy with e-sport and other stuff like stocks going down and so on, but please either stop calling your game e-sport or fix you broken servers and routing.

Every evening on prime time CET from 18 to 23 average there is lags, delays, spikes and other bs like latency fluctuation. And not it not my ISP winmtr shows 0 packet loss(to your official gateway IP) but yet we have delays, freezes and packet loss, so either fix your route from your official IP to Netherlands(yup i know where your EU servers are) or you servers if problem in hardware.

Please don’t feed me with blue posts like let’s do MTR and ping and so on, or let’s do it to your Netherlands server/s so it will show full path, if do things the do them properly.

Next about routing, it probably will be surprise to you but a lot of time routing in Telia/Sweden is broken, maybe again, you will be surprised but half of EU traffic going trough them since they have relay for your games/servers and it would be good if you contact them about it and resolve the issue, cos it kinda annoying to check if today it working or not, especially when you going to competitive and don’t wish to backstab your team.

Next again routing as well, fix your bloody routing from your official gateway to your Netherlands servers, for RU it will save 30 ms for some regions, for EU it will save 10 ms for some regions. You probably wanna know from where is digits? They are from the day when you shut down part of servers to get blizzard world out due bug of “winter wonderland” and surprise a lot of pplz get a lot better ping, if your network engineers does not know how to setup a proper route i can recommend you one who know how to do things properly.

Nice responding time in technical support. No wonder guys you loosing auditory with that approach. 4 days and still no response, and i’m already even explained exactly where is problems, no pinpoint precise but close to analyze. Okay, what i can tell here.

Wow 7 days no reply in tech support, no wonder you guys cutting your costs on support, it just not works at all in you place i probably recommend to fire all of them cos they anyway not even reading tech support forums :smiley:
