Something I’ve been interested in lately, but took me quite a while to do. I started working on it a few weeks ago and only got satisfying results today. I decided to share this because it would take me too long to incorporate this into an actual game mode and I figured people might want to use this.
I’m not playing the game too often so I might be wrong, but as far as I’ve seen workshop enabled flight usually works like Phara’s or a plane’s flight.
I’ve focused on trying to make Mei fly similar to Mercy’s Valkyrie: Full directional control and usage of jump and crouch buttons, as well as stopping midair when no input is given or when iceblock is used.
You’re welcome to experiment, improve and incorporate it into your games as you see fit including applying this to other heroes.
