Silenced by False Reports, Silence Lifted, But Endorsement Level Still Reset

As the title says, my Overwatch account was recently silenced for 13 days. However, after submitting a ticket and having the case reviewed by Blizzard support, the silence was lifted, they confirmed it was applied in error.

The issue is, even though the silence was overturned, my endorsement level was still reset to 0. This now prevents me from using voice or text chat in-game until I reach endorsement level 1 again.

The frustrating part is that I’m barely getting any endorsements now—likely because I’m at level 0. Back when I was endorsement level 4, I’d regularly get at least 2 endorsements per match. Now it feels like I’m in a loop where I can’t communicate or play normally, but I also can’t climb back up because no one’s endorsing me at this level.

It feels pretty unfair to still be restricted despite being cleared of any wrongdoing. Essentially, I’m being punished for being falsely mass-reported by players who just didn’t like me in a match. I understand that support can’t manually restore endorsement levels, but I wanted to bring this up in case it’s something the dev or systems team can address—whether through a fix or future change to how endorsement and silence systems interact.
