Okay so, I’ve seen a bunch of stuff like this posted way back in 2016, now in 2018 I was wondering if anything had been changed. So I’ve been playing console all my life basically and my first copy of Overwatch was on console. I’ve spent well over $100 on the game just to get skins, seeing as though you can link your Blizzard/Battle Net account to the console edition, will the skins transfer over if I use the same account on PC? Thanks to anyone who responds.

Unfortunately, any progress is bound to the specific platform you’re playing on. As a result, it is not possible to transfer your items from PS4 over to PC. 
In case you were wondering: Linking your console account to your Blizzard account grants you access to the game’s forums, lets you claim the goodies of your Origins/GOTY/Legendary Edition and allows you to receive better support when having to contact Blizzard’s Customer Support.
