Smooth as butter!

Hey everyone,
Hoping you can help me out.

I want to try and get my Overwatch game running as smooth as possible. I have recently done a factory update on my gaming laptop and the settings have reverted.
I know my laptop is able to run the game really smooth (granted, not at the highest graphic setting) however… I am struggling to get this done.
The settings I think I need to change, I have done however - my game is still tearing and not smooth when I move the camera around.

My setup:
Alienware 17 R4
Nvidia GTX 1060
i7 7700HQ @ 2.80Ghz
120 Hz Refresh Rate.

My settings:
Like I said, I have tried multiple settings
Gsync- Off
Vsync - Off
Graphic Quality - Low
Render Scale - 100%
Everything else - Low or Off
FPS limit -125 Hz.

Did it run smooth before the factory reset? CPU and GPU are great. But what is your RAM speed? overwatch is really RAM dependent.

I will check the RAM speeds for you however, it did run smooth beforehand yes.
