So my cousin gets this error when he gets on overwatch main menu showing a red line and a not connected cable icon i dont know i think its because he uses a tv screen but i might be wrong if you know anything about it please tell me

It’s going to be a little hard to actually determine what the problem is without the error message itself, since otherwise we’re just guessing 
Thankfully, I’m pretty good at guessing, so if your cousin’s using a TV, then it’s possible that the game is trying to open in a resolution that the TV doesn’t support, producing a blank screen and an error message. Get them to reset their settings by deleting their Overwatch folder in their windows Documents and try again.
