Since a couple of weeks, for some reason the hit sound, “I need healing” voice lines, spray sounds, map sounds, weapon shots and athena voice lines sometimes don’t play (for the hit sounds it also doesn’t show the hit marker and enemy health bar when the sound doesn’t play making me think I missed).
I already tried a scan and repair, checked if it has to do with my settings and/or my internet connection (of which neither seems to be an issues with settings being default on most parts and having minimal packet loss and 40 ping/20 IND like I usually do)

can you please go into your Overwatch options, go to “Gameplay”, and confirm that “Limit Client Send Rate” and “Limit Server Send Rate” are set to OFF:
Seems to help often in these cases.

they are set on off, those are exactly the settings I meant with “checked if it has to do with my settings”
