Sorry button? (Must have long title apparently)

I wish for there to be a “sorry” button just like there’s “hello, thanks and group up” buttons…

I’m kind of a clumsy person in general and it also transfers to my games :sweat_smile: (dw I don’t touch comp or qp, i keep my clumsiness to mh)
So a simple little key binding for “sorry” would be greatly appreciated by me

Example: i get ana in mh and you need healing and i keep shooting u with my heals but not a single one hit cause of my shotty aiming. Then i would be pressing “sorry” until the cd on my grenade is over and hopefully that will hit and not miss you and end up at the other side of the map. (There again, sorry!)

Yeah, a chat wheel similar to that of Dota 2 could be fun. I normally just use “understood” whenever I or someone else screws up.

I’ve definitely had a few situations where a “sorry” voice line would have come in handy. Usually I do a quick “mb” (my bad) in team chat, but not everyone knows what that means. If my oopsie led to me being dead, it’s easier to type “my bad” in full.

I really like to use “understood” in several situations, but since the latest patch targeting the capture point got so oversensitive, what’s up with that? Half of the time my character wants to attack or defend the objective whenever I want to say “understood”, especially silly after someone makes a request to group up before attacking.

It was an idea from blizzard to add a Sorry button, but it was scrapped for some reason.

because if you show weakness in admitting your mistake infront of toxic trolls its like blood in the water in a sea of sharks
