Sound Settings in the game

Hello, Can anyone explain the sound settings in the game? like what is each one for?

we got 4 Settings:
*Master Volume (Controls all sound)
*Sound Effect Volume (Dont know)
*Music Volume (Controls the music)
*In-Game Voice Volume (Not sure, but I think it controls the voices of characters only)

*Master Volume (Controls all sound) - you got it
*Sound Effect Volume (Dont know) - controls the volume of sound effects like gun fire, footsteps and everything like that.
*Music Volume (Controls the music) - nailed
*In-Game Voice Volume (Not sure, but I think it controls the voices of characters only) - volume of everyone in voice chat. Sadly just a universal setting.
