Spatial Sound - Unplayable

Hi there,

Ever since the xmas patch my fps has become choppy & unplayable to be honest. I’ve tried what was suggested with the spatial sound and it has not resolved anything. I’ve also reinstalled my graphics drivers & done a full reinstall on windows as nothing helped. I’ve also repaired the game a few times, but alas I’m at the point where nothing has solved the issue.

There seems to be alot of people having the same issue with the spatial sound update. Will there be a fix coming soon ?

Before the patch I was running the game on ultra, using a GTX 1050 TI, now I can barely play it on low. FPS will go from a constant 80+ right down to 20. I should not be forced to use spatial sound as a work around, I don’t like it and now I have to enable it in order to even get into the game and even at that the FPS is running around 30. (Not to mention Dolby Atmos is also broke - if enabled the sound is super laggy)

I was looking forward to starting my xmas hols playing some OV and chilling out, but looks like this won’t be happening anytime soon unless this is sorted.

Anyways, I hope the devs are working on something to fix this :frowning:
