After queueing for Competitive I went through the Challenges > Hero > Mauga > Unlock menu and attempted to enter practice range, it never loaded me into the practice range and then later when my queue fired it failed to load me into the competitive game that had been match made leading to the match cancelling and me receiving a 15min time out. I haven’t tried replicating it but it seems like an potential issue you should know about
