I uninstalled the game a few months ago and trying to install it again. The laptop has MS Windows 10 with all updates installed.
When I download Overwatch-Setup.exe, it installs and run Battlenet app and it starts installation but when clicking the button “Start Install” is not working anymore. I can press it any number of times, nothing happens. There is no error message or anything so it looks like the implementation behind the button was lost with the last version of the installer.
I tried most of the things you recommend but still doesn’t work. Also, I ran the looking glass service but don’t know how to or who to send the results.
Can you help me?

It sounds like there might be an issue with the app, it likely needs an update. If waiting a few minutes on the battle.net app screen doesn’t update it, can you try running through these steps?
Thanks, i’ll try and see what happens
Did you get any luck with you install?
same problem here aswell, done what you said but still not working

Depressed person here, trying to play something which took days to overcome the anxiety. Now i have to ***** tell the developers i can’t even install my ****** game which is free which is the only thing i can play rn. AND THE INSTALL BUTTON DOESN"T WORK WHICH HAS BEEN A PROBLEM FOR 2 YEARS AND THERE IS NO FIX??? YES I AM very MAD YES THIS HAS TO DO WITH MY MENTAL PROBLEMS. BUT THINK ABOUT THE PEOPLE LIKE ME WHO HAVE TO DEAL WITH THEIR OWN ISSUES AND THEN HAVE TO DEAL WITH INCOMPETENCE OF SOME DEVS THAT CAN"T EVEN FIX AN INSTALL BUTTON

Hey, did you ever find a solution? I am having the same problem, and I have basically tried everything from reinstalls to cache deletions to everything I could find (except BIOS updates or reinstallation of the whole operating system).
If you found a solution that works, I would appreciate it - I was going to buy this game, but I wanted to install it first, so then I could just buy the code and play.
However, if I can’t even install the [censored] thing, there would be no point in buying it.
Hi trying to sort this out for my son, wants to play it with a friend, i paid for the game and now it doesn’t load. Tried World of Warcraft and that loaded. PC is a week old!!
Tech Support what is the solution?
