I start a typical comp game at around 220-240FPS and when the game starts and enemies come from spawn and such, my fps drops around 120-140 FPS. I need my fps to always be above 144, preferably as high as possible for my 144hz monitor.

OS: Windows 10 Pro 64-Bit
CPU: Intel i7 4770 @ 3.4GHz
RAM: 16GB Single-channel DDR3 @ 800MHz (May believe this is halfed due to how the OS reads it compared to the BIOS)
Motherboard: Gigabyte Z87-HD3 (Socket 0)
GPU: Nvidia Geforce 1070
Storage: 120GB Kingston SSD (OS) + 1TB Seagate HDD

All Ingame settings on low, 100% render scale.
Tried reinstalling the game. Deleting config file and opening game. Tried optimizing nvidia panel settings. Reinstalled windows. Tried increasing graphic settings to try and force GPU to do more work, GPU is ALWAYS 0% or below 10%, CPU does all the work. Tried using DDU to completely uninstall GPU drivers and then reinstalling them. Checked all drivers/components are up to date. I have tried other methods, but forgot and lost count.
I love this game, I play for a team also and would love to continue to play. I have a great passion for this community and can’t get enough. Help would be appreciated.
