To this day I’m still missing almost all of my skins from Overwatch 1. I started playing at the start, I even bought the Origins edition when it was available. I messaged Blizzard Support in 2022, and at the time they were “working on a fix”. Years later I came back to the game and I’m really bothered I don’t get to play with a lot of skins I had on the account, including my golden gun for Winston. The support told me to write here (“it is recommended to report it on the forums since our developers monitor those channels constantly as they have the necessary tools to review, fix, and above all compensate players for this kind of errors. I will also be reporting this from my side in order to help you as much as possible.”).
I would greatly appreciate any further help.
