Played OW since release on console. I merged my accounts and am still missing a lot of skins and emotes that I know for certain I had on console. Also my Origin Edition skins haven’t crossed over and I’m expected to pay 100 credits for them?? Can anyone help?

I have the same issue, I have some of my skins, but there are also skins that I’m missing which I know 100% I have on console.
On some characters, my skins transferred e.g. Torbjorn, but on some e.g. Tracer, Sombra, Ashe, Zenyatta, and Soldier I’m missing skins that I know I have>
Just encase it is an issue with the unique skins themselves, the skins i know im missing are (Ashe - socialite (which i bought with credits on console), Tracer - Jingle, Mercy - Witch, Soldier - Commander 76 & golden, Sombra - peppermint), Zen - Nutcracker as well as others

It’s so frustrating, I wish I made a note of everything before merging so I could give Blizzard a more detailed list. Urgh! Although Blizzard claims our skins haven’t disappeared so when are we going to see them?? It’s already been over a week

Have they given any kind of update on this? I’m missing a lot of skins and sprays I know I had. And my okay time is very low; even though I merged my account it feels like it’s ignoring the progress I made on PS4

Same problem here…
I started playing Ow1 Day1 on ps4 and in February 2018 I started playing overwatch on pc… I merged my accounts but i got some missing cosmetics + ALL of my previous seasons in ranked are gone from my stats. I am so sad about that…

Same i had 80 - 120 maybe skins per character and now theres 0 on every character, the only thing i have gotten is the legendary edition skins. I really hope someone sues blizzard so i can join. I have lost skins i spent close to 1k to get

Same here i had maybe 20 skins per character and now i have like 1-2 skins per character.
I have treid merging 3-4 times but nothing has changed.

Yep same, I’m missing preorder Widowmaker Noire, all the Origins edition skins but also a heap of previously unlocked normal / event skins and my golden weapon for Symmetra.

Im having the same problem, I pre order the game when it released and I played OW since the start on PC. Now I play OW2 with the same account and im missing a load of skins, emotes, sprays, voice lines, animations and golden weapons. Im literaly missing all of the loot I had in the first OW. I have left 2 tickets on support by now and I haven’t gotten any responses. I left them a week ago. The launch has been tough, but a simple “we’re taking care of it” would put my mind at ease. Should I just wait or keep persisting?

Same, missing a bunch of skins from OW1 like Roadhog and Zarya but randomly still have all legendaries on other characters.

same with me, a lot of skins, emotes, highlight intros, It almost looks like they did this on purpose thinking we wouldnt notice it and would buy them again

Honestly, I thought giving them a week or two at the beginning to get it sorted would be enough but clearly they’re more focused on releasing $20 skins so keep persisting otherwise they won’t do anything

I have the same problem. Owned Origins edition on my PS4 but when i merged my accounts I got all the skins except for the Origins edition ones.

Has anyone gotten response from the support, cause I have been unable to get in contact with them.
after halloween patch miss Sojorn and junker Queen gold guns
I read somewhere on the main forum of known OW2 issues that after he merged his accounts had missing stuff on console but they logged in on PC and it sorted out all his issues including the playtime and competitive mode bugs. I can’t really guarantee this 100% works but try logging into a different platform if you haven’t already.
Personally, I’ve been dealing with this bug for over a week, I noticed initially a few skins came in slowly, But in the past few days, nothing has come in.
I don’t think anybody should be worried about losing their stuff forever (I mean hopefully) but there have been cases of people getting their stuff back suddenly, even if their account had nothing. It really seems like Blizzard goofed up on the account merging system and its moving incredibly slowly.
