I do not know how to attach screenshots, but the essence is this - for THREE promotions for 7 wins, having 67% winrate as mercy onetrick/main/onlyplay/whocares game gives me 0 promotion in divisions.
I have decent stat, i think. I am interested to hear your opinion - the average healing is 9.6k+,average increased damage is 1k+, although lately I have been paying more attention to this, so we count an average of 1.5k, 7 resurrections per match and a maximum of 15, 23 assists average, just mine profile stat.
Yes, of course, we can say that it’s “fair”, you stay on the same rank because you’re losing! But I lost in first promotion 4 times versus 7 wins, in another section only 1 defeat at all, and recent promotion 2 defeats. The system is very dirty, absolutely unbalanced (and this is not an empty word - I also have screenshots when an enemy heal or tank has a master! (and our tank / heal is only platinum or even gold).
Well, you can put up with it, BUT only if Blizzard thinks to amend the description of the competitive mode - hey folks, 7 wins does not mean that you will be promoted at all, this is a chance for promotion if the game / hidden player pool / great helmsman thinks that you are worthy. At the moment, the description says that supposedly you will get a promotion even with 19 defeats and 7 wins (which is totally wrong).
If the system immediately warned that wins do not guarantee promotion, it would not be so annoying. It was fun to play, but three times get nothing was too much. Blizzard, pls fix 
im with you in this, i play with my friend. he got to diamond 4, we played mostly together. im stuck in gold 1 after having done the 7 wins 6 times in a row. no idea how he ranks up and i dont even tho we play the same games. it’s beyong frustrating especially since we will be blocked from playing together if he keeps on climging and i dont

I changed how I played, went 7-1 and climbed to plat 4.

i won 7 games in a row and stayed the same rank i won another 6 games in a row with 1 loss and deranked ive no idea… so you won 13 games in a row and u lose 1 and you derank. how can u rank up.

Winning doesn’t mean ranking up anymore. Playing well does.
Now, how the game determines what playing well is a bit of more open (the score used for the old on fire meter is a key metric).
I play solo open queue, and I flex damn hard in order to get the win as I simply don’t have friends to play alongside.
Counters, crowd control, diving to take out healers if needed…whatever it takes, I make sure we get the win. Won 21 out of like 28 or 29 games. In those games I went up a level, went down a level and stayed the same. What in the actual heck? What…am I supposed to stay true to the player type and then just lose because I’m stuck in silver (and once you’re there, or in bronze, it’s impossible to get out of as a solo player).
Not only that, in OW1 I was flirting with plat in open, but in OW2 I was put in bronze 5 for every single one of my open and role queue placements. How broken is this game? I really should just delete it relly and save myself frustration, because why keep doing the same thing and expecting a different result.

Yeah, I dont understand it either. I did my placement games, won 7 lost 3 - put me at bronze 3. Then I won 7 lost 3 again, put me at silver 5. Then I won 7 lost 4, demoted me to bronze 1, on a positive… Then I win 7 lose 1, puts me at silver 4.
Like what the actual hell is this system? Consider yourself lucky thattou got out of bronze /silver at this rate.
Apparently your accuracy and no fluke shooting is what gets you ranks… Like, throw a few bullets and make sure your accuracy is top notch. Bit of a weird system…
This is not correct. Your accuracy is irrelevant.
Consider the factors that put you “on fire” on OW1. These are the things that matter.
