Suddenly low FPS on good computer

I bought a good computer a month ago and Overwatch has been running on 100 fps. But yesterday I entered Overwatch and my fps was 20- 30. Is anyone else experiencing the same problem? If so, do you know the solution? Please help. :slightly_frowning_face:

Hi there. I got the same issue since the last update. It’s unplayable. :frowning:

Please, follow the instructions I left in my previous message. We need to discard the most common causes and, if the issue persists, we’ll need to check your system files to see if there is anything that could be causing the FPS drops.

Did all of them. Been to Live chat twice. No progress so far. I’ll wait untill something pops up on the forums maybe. Or go to Live chat again.

Also got an opened ticket.

Thank you !
