Suggestion: Avoid List Usability

When a user tries to add someone into avoid list and the list is already full, the user is forced to perform many action in order to actually avoid a person: Esc, click Options → click Community → click Recent Plyaer → Right Mouse click, click click click.

Instead of that I suggest to allow a user to remove someone from the list immediately: adding someone into list, but list is already full? Show a submenu rightaway, with the usernames listed in it, and offer choosing wich one to replace with a new one.

Sounds good to me.
Also allow the user an extended lists, you don’t necessarily ever want to play with a racist/homophobe/nonce etc.

Seems fair. Or just auto remove the oldest person.

3 slots is all you need.

Exactly. There’s quite a few toxic people I’d rather not play with.

When OW first came out there was an option to just ‘Avoid Player’ which was alot better as it didnt matter if the abuser was on your team or not. Also I dont think there was a limit and this was a great way to void hackers.

I think the avoid option for all should be brought back with the avoid team mate option being just for competitive games.

There was an example where a Widow player was bodying folks and got a massively long queue time. That was one of the reasons why they stopped that practice.

I’d rather leave the avoid system as it is. I don’t want to see people stat-padding.

I’d sooner play without people to afk in spawn when they get gapped or be racist to the other team. The numbers are low, but i’d sooner not play with them again.

Does this happen a lot in QP?

I’ve no idea. It’s not something I play.
