I wrote a support ticket, citing 3 points of concern.
In the response there was absolutely nothing about what I wrote, instead just some generic writeup that was completely pointless.
Is this normal?
It’s normal. You’ll have to send several tickets if you want to talk to an actual person.

Very much so. Even more so now that they have outsourced most of it.
genuinely so frustrating that blizzard is such a lazy and lousy company that does not care at all about players that genuinely like their game
Even better when you realize they outsourced the whole thing to some India subsidary and the english is so broken sometimes it is comical.
If you want a human response, escalate escalate escalate…
