That’s respectable what you did since a 5v6 almost always results in a loss. But at the same time you have to be open to the idea that not everyone out there is like you or sees the world like you do, and even if in your mind you did something positive, other people out there will see it negatively. Some people might not like that you just evened the odds again, especially players on your team.
So while it’s a noble thing to do, accept the fact that not everyone will appreciate your good deed, and it will offend some.
If someone on the enemy team left, and then someone on my team refrained from playing for your reasons, and then we lost, I think it’s fair to say a lot of people would be upset at that player who did nothing after the leaver. It’s human nature

I learnt this from a pro player once (diff game tho not OW “esports” with “headshots” lel). He was like “no i cant be nice or sportsy to my opponent cause its my job. I must win or it will hurt my career and cause a lot of problems.”
So yeah I understand both sides

It also matters (a lot) what account it is from.
It needs to be A LOT more than this. And from A LOT more than 1 game.
