Here’s the thing, I got suspended for being reported for abusive chat on multiple occasions (as it says in e-mail) - I won’t say I never said anything what someone can find harsh in team chat but in all of my games I’m getting loads of endorsements. I’m currently sitting at level 4 and if in one game someone says he didn’t like how I put something in team chat (non voice chat) I would still get endorsed by multiple people which means 99% of people I play with actually think I behave good in game. Which leads to conclusion I get reported by people whom I also probably reported for their poor behavior so they report me back. I guarantee ppl that reported me are all on pretty low endorsement level themselves and I’m not sure people that aren’t getting love from their teammates often should be able to report those who get endorsed lot more.
I don’t expect you to revert my suspension but I’m just saying that it’s funny that getting reported back for being vocal about people behaving poorely results in a suspension when those people are flagged IN GAME as rarely endorsed.

Remember that there are multiple Types of endorsements.
Only “sportsmanship” is the endorsement type that indicates your behaviour. The others indicate how good you played as a teammate or leader.
If you really want to see wether you behave well, then you should compare the “sportmanship” endorsements with your reports.
Nonetheless, you sometimes mess up which results in a suspension for “abusive chat”.
I have lots of Sportsmanship endorsements too I guarantee those alone are bigger in number than my reports.
I remember on few occasions when people would ‘insta report’ me for some not so bad comments in team or general chat while getting 4 sportsmanship endorsements (and few others) from other players.
That doesn’t mean you behave well all the time.
Those suspensions might be at moments where you slipped up too much and you accidentaly (or intentionally) offended someone.
Based on your statemens, I guess you are a nice person but you can get really salty sometimes 
Endorsements are worthless. You could receive them for nothing.
But there is an issue with people reporting other people for the most insignificant if comments. “Why emp when we were 3 down”
Reported for abusive chat.
“Can we swap widow to a dive hero?”
Reported for abusive chat
“Not sure Ana is a good healer for our comp”
Reported for abuse.
These “false” reports add up…

I bet I never said anything rude to someone personally; hardest thing I’d say to someone personally would be that they didn’t perform that well on some hero
Also I’d boast for a card/potg after I get told to switch off Symmetra in QP or that I s*cked as Sym when they wouldn’t see my impact in the game whilst playing away from team not paying attention to objectives.
Also to say it again -> It was ALL in quickplay
